Mindful Movers- Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Starting on Tuesday October 14th 2025 ages 9 – 13

Particpants will explore how to be in the present moment through breath work, imagery, body relaxation exercises, art work, music , yoga and fun movement activities. Students will also be introduced to various tools, and exercises that help facilitate self regulation, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace, and well being.
