Particpants will explore how to be in the present moment through breath work, imagery, body relaxation exercises, art work, music , yoga and fun movement activities. Students will also be introduced to various tools, and exercises that help facilitate self regulation, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace, and well being.
In this class children will be introduced to the basic elements of movement and dance, by experiencing a variety of dance explorations.
Dancers will be introduced to basic Ballet and Modern technique throughout the class, while still exploring to the basic elements of dance, by experiencing a variety of dance explorations.
